We are testing out different baking techniques for our sourdoughs so they might not be the prettiest but they will still be delicious and they should be done either later today or tomorrow morning.

6/16 Tuesday we are a little behind today but we do have a special for this week it’s our
🌟buffalo chicken wrap🌟- Grilled chicken, Cheddar, Red Onions,Tomato’s, Pickles & lettuce with our house made ranch mixed with buffalo sauce.
We also have our ✨Chicken Salad Sando✨ available.
Soup will be available later in the week unsure about which one we will be doing quite yet!
Ovens are running at full speed and we are loving having both ovens running
Sourdoughs are on our slow rise for tomorrow’s bake off.
A huge thank you to everyone for being so amazing and working with us throughout this very stressful past week.

6/16 Tuesday, We are back!!!!! First full bake of the morning went off without a hitch! Pastries are fresh out of the ovens and ready to go! Tomorrow’s test will be the breads! But we got this!

The turn around to get new ovens was not an easy feat! There were a lot of hoops to go through to locate and get them in, hooked up, and ready to go. Test bakes had to be done and a lot of coffee to consume to make sure we could be back up and running quickly!

Thank you all for the encouraging messages of support! We appreciate all of you! So come in and have breakfast with us!

Saturday night fight with John "The Iron Man" Cantrell we were honored be in Topeka Kansan to support our brother for another win 18-0 let’s go! Nothing beats spending a great night with our family and a big shoutout and thank you to Will Spencer for always making this happen for everyone we love you all!

Tuesday 6/9 Good news/ Bad News today. Good news! The ovens are in the shop and have been installed! Bad News, and after being at the shop all day yesterday, one of the ovens is not firing correctly and there is an issue with the fan. I was unable to calibrate the ovens and throw some practice bakes in them. We will not be opening until we can get these guys fully up and running and the shop put back together. This may take a few days. But we will be there everyday working on it until it’s done! I will put a post out as soon as I know we are ready to roll out some delicious pastries and breads for you! Thank you for being patient with me while we are working through this!

Saturday6/6 sorry for the late noticed, but we will be closed today to get new ovens in. We plan to be reopen on Tuesday if everything goes smoothly!

Friday 6/5
With sad hearts, we have to confirm that we lost our working oven this week. Because of this, our usual Friday and Saturday baked treats won't be available.

The good news is that we were still able to make cupcakes, brownies, and even some gourmet cookies for you to enjoy!

Our café is still up and running in full force. Due
to the craziness of this week, we apologize for not posting our specials sooner.

Those who came into the shop today already know we have some bad news: our oven has decided it needed a little “me” time and is protesting by refusing to work!

Due to this issue, our typical Friday and Saturday pastries, along with other oven-baked items, will sadly be on hold until further notice. As you know, nothing stops us!

Chef Andrea can always create something delicious no matter what obstacle comes our way. In the meantime, we encourage everyone to stop in and enjoy our café’s breakfast and lunch menu while seeing what creative ideas she can come up with for the pastry case.

You never know—we may discover a new fan favorite to add to our pastry menu!
