Check out these cheesecake shooters! I had so much fun making these! I had the luxury of choosing whatever flavors I wanted so everything from scratch made lemon, chocolate, strawberry & original flavored cheesecake, to Nutella and marshmallow fillings, fresh fruits, preserves, and purees, and fresh whipped toppings. 😍

Blue and yellow cupcakes with gold splatter, and a full size original homemade cheesecake. And of course the traditional sheet cake.

This would be the first time I tried out an AI background on a cake. If you had seen the madness going on around this one, you would think that my kitchen had blown up. This was one of those that you are literally working on up to the second you are ready to load it up in the car. Phew!

I have to say, using AI is tricky because you do not want it to alter your cake any. If you tell it keep your cake exactly as it is, it will do just fine. But if you don't tell it, it will make slight adjustments and change coloring and/or decor. So, this will not be something I do regularly. But I do have to say this one turned out so cute! Thank you so much Elizabeth and Saydee! Little Myles is the sweetest thing!

When this style of cake started coming back I was so excited! I have been making cake long enough now that I have seen many different trends come and go. When I first started everything was character cake pans. Fondant was a thing, but hardly anybody made it or ordered it. Then, slowly, fondant started to take over. Buttercream and intricate detailed piping was something that started to fade away. I learned how to decorate with buttercream before I ever learned fondant work. Buttercream piping is a completely different ball game. It's definitely an art in its own right. When I get to make detailed buttercream cake (know as Lambeth style), like this one, , I am thrilled! And of course I got to make it for one of my longest running cake clients to date.

The mother's day flower boquets were a hit! I missed photos of a couple, but still had most!

A HUGE thank you to Tiffany as there was a hiccup in the madness of pickup/delivery, and the completion. I am not a fast worker by default. I try to take my time and put lots of love and detail into each order. The total amount of boquets was overwhelming, as each color is mixed, one by one. Each petal hand piped. Each leaf set strategically. While I still have a lot to learn, I would have to say that these brought me so much joy to make. Moms are very special, and if you still have yours, consider yourself blessed.
