1. Veal Ossobuco Ortolano - braised veal shank in our marinara sauce with thick cut eggplant, zucchini, peppers, red onion and portobello mushrooms over saffron rice pilaf

2. Braised Beef Short Rib Ragù over Papparedelle pasta

3. Chilean Sea Bass Almandine - pan seared with Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, blistered cherry tomatoes and slivered almonds, side of angel hair garlic and oil

4. Birria Pizza (for the adventurous palate!) - shredded beef braised with poblano & guajillo peppers, chihuahua queso, topped with fresh white onion & cilantro, serve with side of consommé for dipping. Available as a 12” Neapolitan or 18” Roman Teglia
