Power Smoothie

05/24/2026

On Thursday, May 28th Power Smoothie Aventura will be closing its doors after 24 years of serving our community. We have enjoyed the support and friendship of our amazing customers, and cherish the friends that we made on both sides of our counter.
We would like to thank every staff member who helped realize our dream of being a restaurant that loves its customers. We cared deeply about what seems like a simple exchange, but is genuinely much more. If there is something you love about us it’s because of the love they gave it.
That is what makes good things memorable and that care is what we love to do.
I want to thank my wife. More than anyone she made this store and its owner better than they ever could have been without her.
It has been a unique privilege being Aventura’s longest running Family operated smoothie store. Thank you for your support.

Daryl Glaster, our friend and resident artist has had more bad news, his son Nate is back int he hospital undergoing cancer treatments. Unfortunately Daryl's transportation is broken and he is currently taking a four and a half hour bus ride to be with him. I have started a Gofundme to help him fix his current transportation, and try to make it easier for him to be there for his son at such an important time. Please consider helping Daryl. https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-daryl-get-back-on-the-road?utm_campaign=pd_ss_icons&utm_medium=customer&utm_source=copy_link&attribution_id=sl%3Af07d9d1c-a472-4f5c-9f29-a4cccf0d47bf
