Bacon -Wrapped Meatloaf is back for our April monthly special. Ground Angus chuck, ground pork, veggies, and breadcrumbs, all wrapped in bacon and topped with a sriracha ketchup drizzle and radicchio salad garnish. Man is it good! New Orleans Yakamein is back for the month of December at Cypress Grill! Not quite ramen, and not quite pho, but similar to both. Our version combines tender beef filet, Gulf shrimp, soft-boiled egg, and linguine, all in rich beef broth with Cajun seasoning. Yakamein is thought to have been brought to the New Orleans area by Chinese immigrants who worked on Sugar plantations at the end of the 19th century, and became a local favorite over the years. https://cypressgrill.net
