At Basil Thai, our individual hot pots are fully cooked in the kitchen by our chefs before they arrive at your table. Unlike traditional hot pot restaurants where customers cook their own food over a burner for the entire meal, our hot pots are ready to eat the moment they're served.

A small flame underneath the pot is used only to keep the food warm for a few minutes—not to cook it—so you can enjoy all the rich flavors of hot pot without the excessive heat, steam, and hassle.
