🇨🇱 Texas meets the U.K. in a celebration of wild game and Texas BBQ!

We're excited to welcome our friend Nick Weston of Hunter Gather Cook for a special collaboration showcasing his incredible wild game cuisine with a Texas BBQ twist.

Join us on Saturday, June 27th at InterStellar BBQ for a one-of-a-kind menu featuring some of the finest wild game BBQ you'll find anywhere.

As always, this is a first-come, first-served event, so get here early to make sure you don't miss out.

As an added bonus, our good friends at YETI have provided exclusive InterStellar BBQ x Hunter Gather Cook branded tumblers for the first guests in line. We'll also have a cooler full of Lone Star Beer ready to help kick off the party.

Some people know, but it’s remained a bit of a secret that is our restaurant. It’s part of the InterStellar family located at in Pflugerville Tx.

We’re honored that and selected our Smoked & Pulled Lamb Shoulder Taco as one of the 50 Best Tacos in Texas. Served on a homemade flour tortilla with avocado salsa, onion, cilantro, lime, and cotija, it’s a taco we love deeply and proudly serve at both Yellow Bell and InterStellar BBQ.

We’re excited to be serving it at the Texas Monthly Taco Fest on June 6 in Grand Prairie. It’s some of the state’s best BBQ wrapped in a fresh flour tortilla — a true blend of Texas barbecue and the vibrant food culture of the Coastal Bend.
