We’ve got GREAT news next time you visit us in downtown Austin. In addition to complimentary valet during lunch with us at Moonshine downtown, there is also a great parking program going on with the City of Austin this summer!

For a limited time, you can enjoy FREE validated garage parking when you dine with us at Moonshine Patio Bar & Grill and Kinfolk Cocktail Lounge & Library. As part of the Downtown Austin Alliance Patron Parking program, our guests can receive up to 2 hours of free parking at the Fifth Street Garage just a block away from Moonshine.

How it works:
• Now until August 30, 2026, park in the Fifth Street Garage at 601 E 5th Street
• Dine with us at Moonshine or Kinfolk
• Get FREE validated parking for 2 hours with your purchase

A great plate of Chicken Fried Steak has become harder and harder to find in Austin. We’re grateful that so many guests continue to make Moonshine part of their traditions, whether it’s a weekly lunch, a family dinner, a proposal, or introducing someone to tried and true southern comfort cooking.

Our Chicken Fried Steak is simple: hand-breaded, cooked to order, served with Roasted Garlic Mashers and Chipotle Cream Gravy. And probably a to-go box.
