Austin Restaurant Weeks runs August 28th through September 13, with a portion of every prix fixe going straight to the Central Texas Food Bank. Each dollar turns into three meals for our neighbors, so this one goes down easy.

Here's the $50 menu.

FIRST COURSE | choose one
Fresh oysters with barrel-aged hot sauce and classic mignonette
Wagyu meatballs with red sauce and parmesan reggiano
Crab hushpuppy with lemon aioli and chive

SECOND COURSE | choose one
Short rib stroganoff with grilled mushrooms, crispy onions and truffle crema
Texas red snapper, blackened, with quinoa pilaf and green tomato relish
Shrimp and grits with charred corn, white cheddar grits and blistered tomatoes

THIRD COURSE | choose one
Key lime pie with toasted meringue
Chocolate brownie with Amy's salted caramel ice cream
Red velvet bread pudding with cream cheese ice cream and fudge sauce
