We serve the community in which we live and raise our family, so we strive to ensure our customers have an extraordinary experience from the moment they walk through the door. ipes. We handcraft our pizza sauces, salad dressings and signature dough daily using only the finest natural, unrefined ingredients. We allow our dough to rest at least a day, then hand toss it to ensure a delicious, golden crust. Our gourmet pizza, salads, and sandwiches are made when you order and topped with locally-grown and organic herbs and vegetables when available, artisan meats and cheeses, and imported extra virgin olive oil. We’ve hand-selected exciting wines to compliment your meal as well as local craft beers on tap from some of Austin’s most innovative breweries. We welcome you to taste what we believe is the finest pizza in Austin and to experience a new spin on a classic restaurant in the heart of Westlake Hills.
