1. Chicken Kadhai: Small pieces of chicken cooked in yogurt, tomato puree, herbs and spices. Spicy.

2. Lauki Sabzi : A common vegetable from India, may be translated as bottle gourd or squash. It is sauteed with onions, tomatoes, curry leaves, mustard seeds, coriander and spices.

3. Urad Dal: 'urad' or indian black lentils cooked with onions, tomatoes, green chillies, curry leaves and spices.

1. Chicken Haleem: Popular with indian Muslims, this is a rich and festive chicken dish. Shredded chicken is combined with lentils, wheat grains, rice and cooked over slow fire with onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chilies, spices and topped with fried onions & green chilies.

2. Bhindi Masala : Okra cooked with onions, tomatoes, tandoori masala and other spices & herbs.

3. Teen Dal: A medley of three different lentils (toor, masoor and chana) cooked with coconut milk

1. Asparagus Subzi: Although not a typical indian vegetable, asparagus is rich in nutrients. Now you can try fresh and tender asparagus - the Indian way! Cooked with chopped fresh onions, tomato puree, ginger, garlic and other indian herbs and spices.

2. Methi Matar : Fenugreek leaves and green peas, sauteed with onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, bay leaf, garam masala in a creamy sauce.

3. Chhole Aloo: Chick peas cooked in yogurt and Kashmiri chilies with small diced potatoes.

1. Green fish masala: Tuna fish cooked with tandoori masala, lime juice and garnished with cilantro. May be used as a filling for wraps since it is a dry preparation. High in protein. Medium spicy.

2. Brussel Sprouts : Cooked indian style with fried onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, bay leaf and herbs. A dry dish.

3. Dal: Red lentils cooked in a bengali style. A soupy and mild dish. Whole garam masala is used in cooking this dal. Goes well with white rice.

Non-Vegetarian

1. Goan prawn curry: A famous Goan dish from the state of Goa. Small prawns cooked with rich creamy coconut paste, whole red chilies, mustard seeds, coriander and grated coconut and small-diced potatoes. With rich Indian spices. Mild hot curry.
2. Broccoli subzi cooked with basan (chickpea flour): The spiced chickpea flour lightly coats the broccoli florets in this recipe and provides great flavor and texture. Not a soup dish more on dried side.
3. Mixed dal: Yellow, red and chickpea dal cooked together in Indian base, bay leaves and spices.

All 3 will be served with White Basmati boiled rice and 2 rotis.

1. Vegetable Pulao: Basmati Rice mixed with stir-fried vegetables cauliflower, peas, carrots and potatoes and seasoned with Indian spices. Just a Veggie Biryani.

2. Ande ka Bhujia : Goan style scrambled egg curry. A very tasty dish from the region of Goa with Portuguese influences. An Indian style migas, if you will. A mild spicy dish.

3. Moong Dal: Green lentils cooked with Indian curry base and spices.
