Summertime is super slow for the food biz so I look for creative ways to stay busy before the crush of Oktoberfest and wedding season. Last week I did another chef demonstration at the recently renovated Lake Austin Spa Resort for an easy breezy frozen margarita tart. What a lovely way to spend an afternoon.
