🔥 We take our Oak Smoked Wings pretty seriously around here! This past Sunday we hosted our Stiles Switch BBQ Employee Wing Sauce Smackdown. It was an all employee wing sauce competition. From the front of house to the kitchen to the pitroom we had some amazing submissions. The Top 3 Winners 🏆 will be featured on the Sunday Special Wing features coming up in October! These wing sauces will knock your socks off Y’all! We work with some of the most creative and talented people and we love to showcase everyones talents.

🔥 House fermented mustard seeds combined with slow roasted garlic really sets the bar high for the 💥 💥 NEW 💥
ROASTED GARLIC HONEY MUSTARD Oak Smoked Wings! Don’t skip em on those smoked meat trays!

We take our wings pretty seriously around here. We slow smoke em over post oak wood before we flash fry them to finish. There are a few more steps in there to get em just the way we like em. Finished off by tossing them to order in our house made sauces. 🔥
It’s a good day to order a dozen of these! Get by!
