Before opening, Headliners go through Playground’s business intensive program where they create a brand, menu, and establish processes necessary for launching a restaurant.

An important piece before launch are the stress tests, AKA “Practice Parties”. We fill up the dining room and see how our team handles service. The feedback we gain in invaluable.

Our current Headliner, has been delighting taste buds with their Asian-inspired wings and street eats. But, all good things must come to an end, and their time at Playground ATX is winding down.

Stay tuned as we prepare to unveil the next crop of Culinary Creatives. 🎨👨🏻‍🍳

A Headliner is the main culinary concept pop-up at Playground for 6-8 months. Before launch, Headliners go through Playground ATX’s business intensive culinary program. During this program, they create a business brand, menu, and establish processes necessary for launching a restaurant. Playground ATX provides a platform for Culinary Creatives to focus on creating the perfect menu and guest experience. After the six months, Playground ATX, along with Tykhe Group Hospitality, will launch them in their own standalone location and continue to provide operational and C-suite support to grow their culinary concept.
