We would like to clarify a false statement made in a review.
⠀
At our restaurant, we use fresh meat delivered daily, and all of our hamburger patties and hambak steaks are handmade in-house. We do not use frozen, pre-made commercial patties.
⠀
On the day we first introduced our burger menu, a customer took photos comparing the actual burger to the menu picture because he felt it was smaller than he expected.
At that time, we immediately offered him a full refund if he were dissatisfied.
⠀
However, he didn’t ask for the refund, ate almost the entire burger, and later posted a review claiming that our burger was disgusted, made with a frozen patty and was not handmade.
⠀
He falsely claimed that our $6.99 hamburger costs $16, and he also stated that our handmade burger is made with a frozen, store-bought patty.
If he see this message, we would like to ask: What evidence do you have to support these claims? On what basis did you present your personal assumptions as if they were facts?
⠀
We welcome honest feedback and constructive criticism, but false allegations are a different matter. If false statements continue to harm our business, we reserve the right to pursue appropriate legal action.
⠀
We remain committed to serving our customers with fresh ingredients and handmade patties every day. 😊
