Briskets on the smoker. Making Brisket burnt ends. Then tomorrow morning I'll be putting on chicken for BBQ pulled chicken.

Back at it again. 26 pound of pork butt on the smoker. 40 chicken breasts in the morning and 4 trays of Mac and cheese.

Just finished serving our first customer. Been a busy past two days. But over all everyone has loved it! Would of taken photos but got caught up in the moment haha. Next time I will.
