Mesabi East Environmental Education Center ME3C

Mesabi East Environmental Education Center ME3C Mesabi East Environmental Education Center (ME3C) is located at 612 West 3rd Avenue North in Aurora, Minnesota.

ME3C is a student ran greenhouse that incorporates all good into the cafeteria and also host a large plant sale. We also host community gardens, farmers markets, and Community Education classes. We have volunteer opportunities throughout the year!

6th grade students ended their dairy unit by making butter! Students studied the different types of dairy cattle breeds, had a mindful taste testing of various cheeses and learned the process of making butter! All students liked the salted version the best!
