Little update on our Iberico pork dish:

Due to supply issues and inconsistent cuts on our Pork Secreto, we are switching the cut to Iberico Plumo! These are more uniform and consistent and therefore much easier to hit our target cook temp of mid-rare! The Secreto had a very sharp taper to a thin almost un-grillable section. The plumo is actually even more tender believe it or not!

Who likes hot chicken??

Little secret menu item here at Inner Circle.

In the spirit of Nashville hot chicken, I dunked this crispy chicken sandwich into a concentrated batch of the house Szechuan style chili crisp. Sooo Nash-chuan hot chicken?? Don’t worry it’s not actually THAT spicy but it has a nice kick for sure 🥵

Special summer salad this week!

Sliced peaches, red onion, feta, candied pistachios, baby red and green leaf lettuce from Fresh ‘n Crisp Farms in Hudson, house made peach vinaigrette.

The peaches this year are so damn good, as many of you know from very popular peach crumble dessert. I bought a bunch to stock up before the end of season so expect to see some more peach stuff in the mix haha 🤓☺️

Did you dine with us this week and maybe you are missing a piece of jewelry? We found it Wednesday morning so most likely came from Tuesday 7/28 dinner service. Would love to return to its rightful owner!

SCALLOPS SPECIAL

Got some nice scallops in this week, produce truck was late today and I almost couldn’t finish this dish in time but we knocked it out! 😮‍💨😎

Seared scallops, charred fennel cream sauce, roasted fennel, and a summer orzo salad: baby heirloom tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, castelvetrano olives, in a very light herb vinaigrette.

Perfect patio weather tonight! Come enjoy these scallops with a nice glass of Greco di Tufo.
