Deviled Tea Eggs 😎

This one is special to me and I love that our guests are enjoying it so much! If there is one dish that I feel represents me and who I am as person, it’s probably this one 😌

As a Taiwanese-American that grew up in Chagrin Falls, I came up with this a combination of two staple comfort foods that blends the cultures of my parents.

A black tea marinated egg is a quick snack that many people in Asian cultures eat daily. It’s an on-the-go breakfast, an after school snack, or even put a 2-3 on a bowl of rice and that’s a quick and easy meal. You can find a pot of tea eggs at just about every 7-Eleven corner store in Taiwan. And then of course the deviled egg we all know and love in the Midwest. Growing up with both of these in our home, it was only natural that I chose to combine them.

Thank you to all who keep coming back for these deviled tea eggs, and bring in their friends just to try these as well.

New fall/winter menu has been finalized so stay tuned for some cool updates on food and cocktails coming in October. Looking forward to seeing you all and thank you again for all the support! I love being part of this community and helping to make Aurora a dining destination along with the other great restaurants here!

Little update on our Iberico pork dish:

Due to supply issues and inconsistent cuts on our Pork Secreto, we are switching the cut to Iberico Plumo! These are more uniform and consistent and therefore much easier to hit our target cook temp of mid-rare! The Secreto had a very sharp taper to a thin almost un-grillable section. The plumo is actually even more tender believe it or not!

Who likes hot chicken??

Little secret menu item here at Inner Circle.

In the spirit of Nashville hot chicken, I dunked this crispy chicken sandwich into a concentrated batch of the house Szechuan style chili crisp. Sooo Nash-chuan hot chicken?? Don’t worry it’s not actually THAT spicy but it has a nice kick for sure 🥵

Special summer salad this week!

Sliced peaches, red onion, feta, candied pistachios, baby red and green leaf lettuce from Fresh ‘n Crisp Farms in Hudson, house made peach vinaigrette.

The peaches this year are so damn good, as many of you know from very popular peach crumble dessert. I bought a bunch to stock up before the end of season so expect to see some more peach stuff in the mix haha 🤓☺️
