“This was me years ago, working as a hibachi chef, spending countless hours behind the grill learning the craft, perfecting every meal, and serving guests with pride. Those experiences taught me the value of hard work, consistency, and creating memorable dining experiences.
In 2019 that journey has led me to become the owner of Goku Hibachi Express. My vision is simple: make delicious, fresh hibachi accessible to everyone at an affordable price. Not everyone has the time or budget for a traditional hibachi restaurant, so we created a place where families, students, and hardworking people can enjoy quality hibachi without breaking the bank.
From chef to business owner, my passion remains the same—serving great food and bringing people together. This is only the beginning, and our goal is to continue growing while staying true to what matters most: quality, value, and our community.
