We thought it was a good time to bring some of our originals back!

First up: Maple Bacon. 🥓🍁

What's special about our version is that the glaze is more than just maple. Organic maple infused with slowly rendered bacon fat to enhance that smoky, salty richness, topped with our house candied bacon.

Petit Three is looking for a reliable, energetic Cook to join our Farmers Market team!

💰 $25/hour
⏰ 6:00 AM – 12:30 PM
📍 Local Farmers Markets
🥪 Breakfast Sandwiches + Café Food

What you’ll do:
• Cook and assemble breakfast sandwiches to order
• Keep up during busy market rushes
• Maintain a clean and organized cooking station
• Help with setup and breakdown
• Bring a positive attitude and work well with our team

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has cooking or food-service experience
• Is dependable and punctual — early mornings are important!
• Can work quickly and stay organized
• Enjoys interacting with customers and being part of a fun market environment

Great weekend side job — $25/hour!

Sometimes the best way to care for what you love is to step away for a little while.

Bilin and I are taking a much needed vacation, so Petit Three will be closed for a few days.
