Are there any restaurants around here that use a merrychef oven? And if so can I buy some food from you and go back in the kitchen and use it or watch you use it? I want to see if its worth spending the extra money to get one or two!

The crew has been working early today to knock out a catering for a new bank(Vallant) for their ribbon cutting today! It always amazes me what this little building and our staff are able to pull off in such tight spaces! We can't wait to see you all for lunch!
