🏍️♠️ 2nd Annual Dallas Winter Memorial Poker Run ♠️🏍️

Join us this Saturday for the 2nd Annual Dallas Winter Memorial Poker Run, a day of great rides, community, and remembrance while raising funds for a meaningful cause.

All proceeds from this event help fund the Dallas Winter Memorial Scholarship, which will be awarded to a student pursuing music education from either the El Dorado or Circle School Districts. 🎶❤️

Dallas Winter left a lasting impact on everyone she met. Known for her larger-than-life personality, quick wit, infectious smile, and willingness to help others, Dallas was the kind of person who could light up any room. Whether she was playing soccer, fishing with family, racing vintage motocross, managing the bar at Frawg’s, writing songs, or performing music for a crowd, she approached life with passion, determination, and heart.

In her final years, Dallas began sharing her gift for music with the world. She wrote and performed her own songs, overcame her stage fright, and quickly became a favorite among local audiences. Her love of music and her ability to connect with people inspired the creation of this scholarship so that her legacy can continue helping young musicians chase their dreams.

This is not what I had planned for today… 😬

The wires to our HLT (Hot Liquor Tank) decided they no longer wanted to be part of the team and melted themselves into early retirement. 🔥⚡

So instead of brewing beer today, I’ll be playing electrician, mechanic, troubleshooter, and professional mutterer under my breath. 🍺➡️🔧

The glamorous side of owning a brewery isn’t always pints and cheers—sometimes it’s tracking down electrical gremlins before they cause bigger problems.

We’ll get her fixed up and back in action soon. In the meantime, if anyone needs me, I’ll be staring at wiring diagrams and questioning my life choices. 😂

A huge thank you to the incredible musicians who kept the energy high, Matt Walters and Sgt. Show who kept us laughing, the crew from Sugar Shane’s Cafe for serving up amazing BBQ, and The Sweet Tooth for fitting us into their busy schedule and keeping everyone stocked with sweet treats. 🍖🍧🎶

To the Redbud Brewing staff—your hard work, dedication, and long hours behind the scenes made everything come together flawlessly. You all absolutely crushed it last night. 🍻👏
