🎱 Bingo Night is back tonight at Redbud Brewing! Join us at 6 PM for an evening of fun, prizes, great beer, and friendly competition. 🍻

While you’re here, be sure to try the first beer in our Ghost Towns of Butler County Series: Bois d’Arc Bière de Garde.

🇫🇷 Bière de Garde translates to “beer for keeping” or “beer for storage.” This traditional farmhouse style originated in northern France, where brewers made stronger beers during the cooler months to cellar and enjoy later in the year.

Our Bois d’Arc Bière de Garde is a smooth, malt-forward ale with notes of toasted bread, light caramel, and a clean, dry finish—crafted to honor one of Butler County’s forgotten communities and the brewing traditions of rural France.

Come play some bingo, raise a pint, and help us kick off this new seasonal series celebrating the ghost towns that helped shape our county’s history. 🍺👻

👻🍺 Ghost Town Summer Series – Round 2 🍺👻

Can you guess the Butler County ghost town that inspired our second summer seasonal beer?

This now-extinct town was first established in 1857 and moved three times during its existence. The three locations, spanning nearly a century, were all located within the same township and are collectively considered the same community today.

The town survived relocations, hardships, and changing times, but its fate was ultimately sealed by the construction of El Dorado Lake. In the 1970s, residents were forced to leave their homes as the reservoir project submerged many of Butler County’s earliest homesteads and a significant piece of local history.

🏆 First person to correctly guess the town wins nothing but bragging rights and the satisfaction of being a Butler County history buff.
