🚨 AUGUSTA! 🧪🔥Do you have the Munchies?

Soon, The Food Lab will officially OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! 👀

📦 TAKEOUT + DELIVERY ONLY
No dining room. No fancy tables. Just us in the Lab cooking up some 🔥.

And we're doing WAY more than that…

💪 PAL JALE PREP MEALS — FEED THE GRIND!
Our Heat & Serve meal line made for blue-collar workers & anybody who WORKS HARD and wants to EAT GOOD. 👷🏽‍♂️🔨🚧

You'll be able to PRE-ORDER your meals, pick them up at The Food Lab, heat 'em when you're ready & GET BACK TO THE JALE. 💪😂

🚚🍅🔪 FOOD TRUCK & SMALL RESTAURANT OWNERS — WE GOT Y'ALL TOO!

Don't have the crew, space or TIME to spend hours prepping?

LET THE LAB DO THE PREP. 😉

We're prepping & processing for other local food businesses too:

🥩 Meats portioned, cut & prepped
🫑 Fresh produce washed, cut & diced
🧅 Onions, peppers & veggies ready to go
🍗 Proteins prepped & portioned
📦 Bulk or portioned specifically for YOUR operation

You sell it. We prep it.
Less prep. Less labor. Less headache. More time running your business. 💰🔥

ANDDDD for everybody who's been asking…

🍣🔥 THE SUSHIRITOS ARE COMING BACK!!!

Yeah… THOSE sushiritos. 😮‍💨

And maybe… JUST MAYBE…

🍆🧇 them infamous waffles might make a comeback too. 😂😂😂

IYKYK. 👀🤣

We've been behind these doors cooking, testing, prepping & building something DIFFERENT.

STAY TUNED, FAM. 🧪🔥
The Lab is almost ready to open its doors.

How about the Dracula Fries 🤤🤤🤤🐷

🚨 ANOTHER MILESTONE UNLOCKED! 🚨
Today The Food Lab officially passed our health inspection with a 💯 A Score! ✅
Not only did we earn a perfect score, but we also received our official permit! 🙌
At this point, we're just waiting on the Fire Marshal and the Licensing Department, and we'll be one step closer to finally opening our doors.
I know... it's taken longer than any of us expected. Trust me, nobody wants to open more than I do. 😅 But we're not rushing it. We're building something we're proud of—something that represents our team, our community, and everything El Rey Group stands for.
When those doors finally open... it'll be worth the wait. ❤️
Thank you to everyone who's been checking in, sharing our posts, believing in the vision, and supporting us behind the scenes. We seriously can't wait to feed y'all.
And before y'all ask... 😂

✅ Yes, SushiRitos are coming. 🍣🌯
✅ Yes, Don Vergas Waffles are making the menu too. 🧇🍆🤣

We heard y'all loud and clear.
The countdown officially starts now. 🚀

So apparently CEOs are supposed to taste their burgers on camera now…
Cool.
As CEO of Smash Lab Burgers, let me introduce you to one of our monsters:
🧀 The Cheese Reactor
2 smash patties
Asadero + Oaxaca cheese
bacon
grilled onions
pickles
potato bun
Then we melt provolone over the entire burger like a cheese blanket.
Some CEOs run meetings.
I run burger experiments.

Find us on DoorDash as The Smash Lab Burgers 🍔

Since CEOs are going viral tasting their own burgers…
I figured the CEO of Smash Lab Burgers should do the same.
I even left the bloopers in the video… because we don’t have a PR team editing things out. 🤣
Just a CEO…
The wife behind the camera…
and a burger that didn’t survive the test. 🍔💀
Quality control is brutal around here.
