🚨 ANOTHER MILESTONE UNLOCKED! 🚨
Today The Food Lab officially passed our health inspection with a 💯 A Score! ✅
Not only did we earn a perfect score, but we also received our official permit! 🙌
At this point, we're just waiting on the Fire Marshal and the Licensing Department, and we'll be one step closer to finally opening our doors.
I know... it's taken longer than any of us expected. Trust me, nobody wants to open more than I do. 😅 But we're not rushing it. We're building something we're proud of—something that represents our team, our community, and everything El Rey Group stands for.
When those doors finally open... it'll be worth the wait. ❤️
Thank you to everyone who's been checking in, sharing our posts, believing in the vision, and supporting us behind the scenes. We seriously can't wait to feed y'all.

So apparently CEOs are supposed to taste their burgers on camera now…
Cool.
As CEO of Smash Lab Burgers, let me introduce you to one of our monsters:
🧀 The Cheese Reactor
2 smash patties
Asadero + Oaxaca cheese
bacon
grilled onions
pickles
potato bun
Then we melt provolone over the entire burger like a cheese blanket.
Some CEOs run meetings.
