We got out and beat the streets yesterday for a summer in-home party. Thanks to Fulcher-Hagler Law for having us! We served our Pepper Seared Salmon with Lemon-Caper Butter Sauce, Grilled Chicken with Roasted Tomato Chimichurrie, Roux's New Orleans Style "Dirty" Rice, Oven Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan and Fresh Pesto, Spinach and Strawberry Salad with our House-Made Vidalia Onion Vinegarette, and for something Sweet we offered New York Style Cheese Cake with Salted Caramel and Chocolate Sauces. Yummy!

We are lucky to work with some of the best clients! It means the world to us when someone takes the time to recognize the hard work and dedication it takes to pull off a successful event. We could not do it without a highly talented staff willing to make sure all the details are taken care of. !

Thank you for a wonderful Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party.  You and your staff did an amazing job and the food was wonderful.. I loved the green jacket salad too!  It was so good.
