We took everyone’s favorite fall dessert and gave it the Sand Hill treatment.

Our Apple Crisp Bagel starts with a bagel topped with buttery oatmeal crumble, then gets paired with creamy apple cream cheese and—because we believe in excess—EVEN MORE oatmeal crumble.

It’s warm, cozy, cinnamon-y, apple-y and basically a crisp fresh out of the oven… except you can eat it for breakfast and nobody can stop you.

Made with our house-made sweet potato syrup, espresso, and topped with dreamy marshmallow cold foam — basically sweet potato pie in latte form, but with a caffeine kick.

We’re teaming up with our downtown friends at Merkaba Sol for a monthly chocolate collab! Because apparently, bagels and chocolate were just meant to be friends.

Each month, we’ll be featuring a new flavor, and September’s chocolate is SEA SALT CARAMEL!

Meet the Dolly!

This week we are paying tribute to the legend Dolly Parton with a bagel inspired by one of her favorite sweet treats — BANANA PUDDING!

We’re layering all the banana pudding goodness into a bagel, complete with creamy banana pudding cream cheese with banana chunks & vanilla wafers all on a bagel brushed with our signature banana syrup and vanilla cookie crumble.

And because Dolly has always believed in the power of a good book and helping kids discover the joy of reading, $1 from every Banana Pudding Bagel sold will be donated to the Lithgow Library in her honor.

So while Dolly may have been working 9 to 5, we’ll be working 7 to 2 — and serving up banana pudding bagels all week long.
