🌞🍷 THE LONGEST TASTING OF THE YEAR 🍕🌅

Join us at Pide Pizzeria on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 7:00 PM for a special wine and pizza tasting held just days before the summer solstice.

Twelve wines. Twelve paired pides. One evening that starts in daylight and finishes after sunset.

We’ll travel from crisp citrus and bright whites through aromatic florals, refreshing rosés, sparkling celebration, and finish with rich reds and bold summer flavors.

🍷 Highlights of the journey:
• Dry & refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with goat cheese, spinach & roasted garlic pizza
• Aromatic Torrontés with chicken, red onion & cilantro
• Floral Moscato paired with prosciutto & fig
• Rosé flight featuring Mediterranean and herb-forward pizzas
• Sparkling Prosecco Rosé with spicy pepperoni
• Elegant Pinot Noir with wild mushroom
• Bold Cabernet with steak & blue cheese
• Finish with our richest pairing of the night — Zinfandel with meat lovers pizza

Third Thursday Tasting is coming up just in time to kick off Memorial Day weekend.

Let’s make this one simple, warm, and fun.

A few more reds this time. I plan to lean heavier into mushrooms and meat for the tasting this month. Should be a little cooler Thursday, so let’s make the evening cozy and friendly.

This would be a great tasting to bring friends to for their first time trying one.

Onion sauce, mushroom sauce, red sauce… and maybe even a cream sauce. I hope you are hungry.

The wines are chosen, the game board is set, and I now have a new long table setup — so the more the merrier.

Ok… technically it’s the storage area on the way to the kitchen and bathrooms, but now it’s covered in wine racks and honestly it’s starting to feel pretty official.

Saturday I’ll open early for anyone who wants to spend the afternoon sharing wine and food inside a quiet, cozy, friendly space. Maybe you just want to sit at the long table and see who the cat drags in.

The Viking helmets are optional… for now. 🍷⚔️

Thank you to everyone who came out Saturday for our anniversary tasting—it was a great afternoon of food, drinks, conversation, and connection.

Third Thursday is April 16th. 7pm.

We have 7 wines and several new dishes to taste with them.

This event each month challenges me to be release my creativity and to improve the experience. The food, the drink, they are only part of the experience. It is the game concept developed from ideas the tasters came up with, the talking with other participants openly with common topics to spread to the personal, the making of new friends, this night is special.

The desire to connect, explore, to have an adventure and be able to express your thoughts. I will cook, serve, host, and be there tasting with you. This is life the way I want it to be. I thank each of you who come and make this night memorable.

A warm night filled with fun and just enough mischief to make it memorable. 🍷

Wine, food, and the company of like-minded souls—people showing up to connect, to unwind, to experience what an evening should be.

Eleven bottles later, the tables were full.
Not just with glasses—but with conversation, laughter, and that slow-building kind of meal where you don’t quite notice how good it’s getting.

Each wine? Just a taste.
A sip or two—enough to decide:
✨ fireworks
💡 a new favorite
🤷 or “not for me”

That’s the beauty of it.

The conversation loosens, the smiles come easier, and somewhere along the way the “host” is talking about regions and grapes and vintages… but let’s be honest—that’s not the point.

The point is the moment you taste it.
That instant when something clicks—or doesn’t.

That’s tasting night.

☀️ Now… Saturday is different.

Daylight instead of candlelight.
Same idea… maybe a different energy.

Will the food be the same? Mostly.
Will the wines be the same? Who knows.

We’re bringing out the fun—light, refreshing summer drinks, cold beer by the pitcher, wings, pizza… whatever gets you out to enjoy this weather.

March 17th calls for something special, and we’re delivering.

🥪 Sandwich of the Week (and today—Dinner too): The Reuben
A toasted marble rye stacked with melty cheese, tender corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and our house special sauce. It’s bold, it’s classic, and it’s waiting for you in grab-and-go at lunch—while supplies last.
And just for today, we’re breaking the rules… it’s on the dinner menu too.

🥩 Yes, it’s steak night—we know. But this might just steal your attention.
