Crow City Roasters Small batch coffee roasting in Auburn, NY.

06/05/2026

CROW CITY ROASTERS IS NOW CLOSED.
New Ag & Market inspectors didn't care for my sink setup of 9 years. I'd have to spend about 10 grand to run a new drain line though the floor, which I'm not doing, along with trying to get anyone to actually come out and do the work. Thank you for the last 9 years of your business!!

Roasting some samples from Peru. All these years and I don't recall ever trying a coffee from the region.

I've added a new Breakfast Blend, kinda. The traditional style leans more on dark Guatemala, which is still available, but I've added another that is more dark Sumatra forward. I feel it's a little more mellow then the traditional. :-)
