This week at The Four One’s Landing, we got our hands on too much prime rib and immediately made it everyone’s problem.
Meet the Prime Time Burger: smash patty, prime rib, Swiss, caramelized onions, crispy fried onions, and horsey aioli. It’s beef on beef violence with a side of 90s attitude.
We’re also running The Prime Dipper until it’s gone: prime rib, provolone, crispy fried onions, horsey sauce, and au jus. Basically a French dip that watched too much pro wrestling and came back with frosted tips.
And the cocktail of the week is the Adult Ecto Cooler: Tanqueray, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and melon liqueur. It’s bright green, dangerously smooth, and tastes like Saturday morning cartoons after someone made one bad decision.
