This new favorite is actually 30+ YEARS OLD. 👀🔥

Our Torta de Milanesa de Pollo goes all the way back to the early days of Raul’s. ❤️🇲🇽

In the 90s, every Friday we’d make a batch and take them to my dad’s work to sell during break. These were also a hit at pop ups at events at Applegate Park, and dowtown merced. Events organized at the time by Radio Tigere. 😃

Our Friday Torta Runs. 🥹

And now, 30+ years later, y’all are making the Torta de Milanesa a favorite all over again. 🙌🔥

Today we celebrate and give thanks for one more year with our mom, Mayito! ❤️🎂🎉

Her journey of delighting taste buds began long before Raul’s started in 1986. She was just 8 years old when she began helping our grandma in the kitchen and to this day her love, influence, and sazón continue to be tasted in so much of what we do. 🌮❤️

But today isn’t about the food. Today, we’re simply grateful for her love, her care, and the blessing of celebrating another birthday. 😃❤️
