Meet Tex — the Lil’ Pitmaster of ABBQ! 🔥🎄

Legend has it Santa found Tex years ago hiding behind the brisket slicer, dusted in brisket rub and wearing a tiny cowboy hat. Turns out this little elf has a BIG talent — he can smell perfectly smoked brisket from a mile away and knows exactly when the mac & cheese hits peak cheesiness.

So every holiday season, Tex returns to ABBQ in Atlantic Beach to keep an eye on the kids, spread some smoky Christmas cheer, and maybe “taste-test” a side or two. 😉

If you spot him around the restaurant, give him a howdy… and guard your Mac & cheese.
