Our Gainesville, FL store has finally resumed regular business hours after losing power for a week due to hurricane Irma.

However, we have had to reschedule the store's grand opening. We will now have the ribbon cutting on Oct 13 at 5:30pm with special promotions running through that weekend. We are operating during normal business hours until then.

Welcome to the Fox & Bear Creamery™ – we are an ice cream parlor brand inspired by constellations in the night sky and are on a mission to create a truly bespoke ice cream experience for our customers. All our cream bases (full dairy and coconut milk) are prepared daily and we only use the freshest ingredients to ensure a high-quality product. Every serving is made-to-order so once you choose your base, mix-ins and toppings, we use liquid nitrogen to flash freeze it to perfection or a cooled surface for rolled ice cream.
