Frankly idk who the heck is cutting so many onions today but if you could stop that’d be much appreciated!

The future of this craft is in good hands. Doesn’t mean I have any plans on slowing down tho. Time has flown by and have had the honor of watching some amazing talent over the years. Can’t wait to see who you all impact and inspire bc you have sure done that for me.

Stop literally throwing money away. Making your own stock at home saves money, increases flavor, true health benefits, and is just smart overall smart when the economy is tighter than… nm.

I make batches of stock quarterly. I use them when making sauces, the base for soups, jumbos and plenty of dishes. I even save the fat that separates after the cool down and put that in ice cube trays for sautéing, vegetables, and stirfry.
