End of Day 2 and half of day 3… man! I can’t even tell you about last night but it was a great time after oiling the cutting boards for my guys at . Shared conversations, drinks and memories w/ absolute legends.

My guy came all the way from 🇬🇧 to show out w/ a stellar ox tongue dish. Saw the homie after a few years. Lost at least 5 lbs in knocking out sliders on the fire table w/ the professor

found some soft buns lol and came in clutch with that SVIP bbq fried rice 🙌🏾 Texas owes me nothing.

End of Day 1 and start of Day 2 of being in Austin, was packed with flavor. Hit up ezov last night to support the main man LeRoy of at his collab dinner. A true matter class of flavor. Started the day cruising through Lockhart and had some W from .b.q def recommend getting the green spaghetti 🙌🏾.

Now I pulled up on the homies got a book and gear. Side note we are doing a collab pop up in September, stay tuned? What do you all think of Jerk 🍜 🤔?

First 24 hours in Austin, Tx have been an absolute blast! Caught up with my pyro partnah hadn’t seen him since the 🏝️ met cats cooler than polar bear toe nails. Then started today collecting the gems 💎 and were dropping. When legends speak **u 🤐 and listen.

Protein has been the biggest constant on my wellness journey these past few years. I get asked a lot about what I actually eat daily, well this is one of my chest codes. Homemade protein pancakes, that are high in protein low in calories but packing lots of flavor.
