This Thursday at , we’re partnering with Palm & Pulse ATL and hollafez for The Exhale, a monthly mental health meetup centered around honest conversations and meaningful connection.

In recognition of Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, this month’s gathering is designed specifically to create space for men to connect, reflect and have real conversations in a judgment-free environment.

Not a support group. Not networking.

Just real people, real conversations and an opportunity to exhale.

Led by a licensed therapist, with no pressure to share. Just permission to show up exactly as you are.
