TOMORROW POP UP YOGA CLASS: We are excited to have Cass Lievsay from Grey Owl Mind-Body Studio (.owl.yoga) in Johns Creek with us this Friday at Unicorn Teahouse!

🦉Grey Owl Mind-Body Studio offers a wonderful variety of classes and workshops for mat yoga, aerial yoga (yes, a.k.a. flying yoga), meditation, qigong/tai chi, dance, wellness and personal development. They also offer self-care services such as energy healing, Thai yoga bodywork, infrared/PEMF therapies and have a gift boutique full of crystals, smudge sticks and beautiful mala jewelry. We love this place and are happy to have one of their amazing teachers taking us through a yoga flow class tomorrow Friday Dec 6 from 4 PM - 5 PM. Come join us and get your weekend started right! First Drop-in fee $5 ($25 value!)
