Here’s what’s cooking on our Current Menu:

🥜 West African Peanut Chicken: Springer Mountain chicken thighs simmered with Peachtree Farm tomatoes, field peas & okra in a savory peanut stew, served over thyme-scented rice and finished with fresh mint and roasted peanuts.

🍳 Korean Beef Bowls: Steak marinated in a sweet & savory gochujang sauce, piled over rice with spinach, radishes, carrots & napa cabbage kimchi. Top it with a Rise ’N Shine fried egg, sesame seeds & as much spicy gochujang aioli as your heart desires.
