19years ago today we opened our doors with one goal: serve up the best, freshest barbecue we could. There was no playbook, no YouTube tutorials, no “craft barbecue” trend—we just learned, hustled, and kept pushing to be better every day.
We stayed true to our Texas roots (not Oklahoma..) while creating something Atlanta (and Georgia!) hadn’t seen before.
Through it all, an insane amount of family and friends have walked through our doors, but none of this would be possible without our incredible team, the folks who show up every day and make sure you get the food and service you deserve.
19 years is wild… and we’re just getting started. Thank you for riding with us, supporting us, and making this dream real.
