Dicen que se prepararon por primera vez en Mazatlán para el gobernador del estado, y el nombre simplemente se quedó.

Los tacos de chile relleno son uno de ellos: recetas que toman protagonismo cuando se deja la carne y se cocina distinto.

Chiles rellenos bien hechos, servidos en taco, como se acostumbra en muchas mesas durante esta temporada.
