After much thought and careful consideration, the decision has been made to close Bully Boy, with its final service taking place on December 31.
From the beginning, Bully Boy was created as something special, a hidden gem built around discovery, thoughtful food, and a strong sense of place. While it became a beloved destination for many and earned enthusiastic praise from guests and critics alike, the reality is that the business never reached the level of sustained momentum needed to continue long term.
This was not an easy decision. Restaurants are deeply personal, and Bully Boy held a meaningful place for its team, its regulars, and the broader community that discovered it. The support and loyalty shown over the years is something the team is incredibly proud of and grateful for.
As the restaurant enters its final days, guests are invited to join in celebrating what Bully Boy has been, offering an opportunity to gather, toast, and enjoy the spirit that made the space so memorable.
Thank you to everyone who supported Bully Boy, shared meals, spread the word, and made it part of Atlanta’s dining story.
