Served with a freshly baked croissant and housemade Tai basil butter with Maqaw 馬告. Also known as Taiwan mountain pepper, Maqaw is an indigenous Taiwanese spice offering a bright aroma of lemongrass and ginger that makes an excellent pairing with bright, herbaceous Tai basil.
