Our entrée bowls may look alike from this vantage point, but looks can be deceiving . . . . First, you’ve got your different proteins to choose from — Moroccan Beef Kofta, Grilled Chicken Shawarma, or Green Herb Falafel. And underneath those proteins, beyond the sumac red onions, pickles, chopped salad, and garlic tahini, is the layer where it all begins. So, what are you in the mood for today? A base layer of crunchy iceberg & red cabbage salad? A heartier foundation of lentil & basmati rice, with crispy onions? Or have you earned even more of a treat, say a scaffolding of our handcut fries, with garlic toum, to build upon? You can’t go wrong!
