Shaq’s jet just lifted off from PDK right outside our windows tonight, and we had the best seats in the house. That’s just a regular Friday at The Downwind — live music, Music Bingo, great food, and front-row runway views you can’t get anywhere else.

Jean has been a fixture at PDK for decades, running Birdbath with that same generous spirit she brings to everything she touches. She shows up for her neighbors, cheers on her community, and she is absolutely the life of Music Bingo night.

The clouds rolled in but our regulars didn't miss a beat — a full house showed up for Mary Lou & Billy Davidson and reminded us exactly why this community feels like family.

The new atrium AC kept things cool and comfortable no matter where you sat, the views over the runway were honestly stunning under that dramatic sky, and Mary Lou and Billy delivered the kind of music that just makes you feel good.

A huge thank you to our incredible team tonight — you made it look effortless and we couldn't do any of this without you.

And to every guest who walked through that door tonight — thank you. You are the heart of The Downwind. This place exists because of you. 🙏
