Our newest dessert has hit the menu: Potato Chip Mille Feuille (pronounced mil-fwa, though I’m sure you already knew). Layers of potato chip, pistachio chess pie, dark chocolate ganache, and crĆØme anglaise… but your tongue says late-night french fries and chocolate frosty. Pair it with an espresso martini!

Stracci translates to ā€œragsā€ — rustic sheets of pasta, torn and tumbled into a bowl. It’s the kind of shape born from kitchens where nothing went to waste, and every scrap of dough had a purpose. Ours carries Benton’s country ham sliced thin as prosciutto di Parma, fava and butter beans, kosho butter, and a hit of summer truffle.
