Watchman’s is proud of a lot of things we accomplished in the 3.5 years we were a restaurant. We helped amplify the voice of small oyster farmers in the southeast. We made the best damn daiquiri in town. The most inspiring thing we did was working with this amazing group of people. Thanks to our many regulars but the most thanks to these passionate folks. We couldn’t have done it without ya.
