Pecan smoked and reverse seared to a perfect medium on a Webber kettle. Montreal seasoning with a splash and rub of Dale's low sodium liquid "punch" produced the tastiest Choice NY strip EBH has ever eaten. Steamed broccoli and bacon infused, caramelized onion smothered, peppered, amd misc seasoning sprinkled home fries complimented perfectly.
