Heirloom is a BBQ restaurant, but interestingly, we’ve always had many vegetarian guests.
A big reason is our sides.
They’re not the typical sides you usually see at a barbecue restaurant.
Our chefs created unique dishes that reflect the spirit of Heirloom—Korean flavors, Southern roots, and a lot of creativity.

Some of our signature sides include:

Sweet & spicy tofu
Kimchi slaw
Cucumber radish salad
Korean sweet potatoes
Local kimchi(traditional)

We also serve seasonal sides.

During the colder months:
Tempura sweet potatoes

In the summer:
Green tomato kimchi
Fried green tomatoes
Fried okra

We can’t satisfy every type of diet out there, but these sides were thoughtfully created by our chefs to pair beautifully with the smoked meats at Heirloom BBQ.

Running a restaurant is truly difficult and demanding.
Both chefs and service teams know that our work is hard and rarely brings great financial reward, yet we continue on this path because of our love and passion for food — sometimes loving it, sometimes hating it, but never letting go.

I send my heartfelt congratulations to all the restaurants that have earned a place in the Michelin Guide, and I also applaud the many others who pour their hearts into this profession every single day.

This year, November 2 marks Heirloom Market BBQ’s 15th anniversary — a milestone made possible only through the love and support of our community.
