Peanut Butter Jelly Smoothie with Toasted Granola ⬇️

Ingredients:
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1/2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1/2 tbsp peanut butter
Drizzle honey
* Add your choice of milk to make it less thick & easier to drink with a straw 🥤
Toppings:
Granola
Peanut butter

Method:
Add smoothie ingredients to the blender and blend until just combined and creamy, serve and add toppings.

Chocolate Covered Cherry Smoothie Jar 🍫🍒

-1 frozen banana
-1 small frozen steamed beet (optional)
-1 cup frozen cherries
-1 cup non-dairy milk
-1 tbsp cacao powder
-1 scoop Chocolate Clean Lean Protein
-1 heaping spoonful of peanut butter

Blend until thick and serve as desired! I layered mine with lots of cereal in a jar!

BLUEBERRY CHOCO SMOOTHIE🫐🍫


Bringing you another simple + delicious snack smoothie today! I had this for a quick refuel after my run yesterday, and got it in within 10 minutes of finishing!! Immediate fueling post workout helps so much with recovery and is key to long term sustainability with training.

A smoothie like this serves as a snack to get an immediate refuel before taking the time to make a proper meal. I threw this together so quickly and absolutely loved every sip!! Be sure to SAVE, TRY, and ENJOY!!


THE DETAILS
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- Big handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- Dash of cinnamon + salt
- Protein powder of choice (optional)
- Almond milk (to desired consistency)
- Adds ins of choice (optional)


TO PREPARE
Add all ingredients into the blender except for cacao nibs and powders. Add liquid slowly and blend until you reach your desired consistency. Add in your cacao nibs and powders and blend a final time to incorporate. Pour into a jar and enjoy!!

Cherry Garcia Smoothie 🍒😍

- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup of frozen cherries
- handful of spinach (optional)
- handful of frozen beets (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 2 T cacao nibs
- any additional add ins you would like (cacao powder, adaptogens, spices, etc)
- milk to blend

DIRECTIONS
1. Place all ingredients into the blender except for powders. Add milk slowly as you blend until you get your desired consistency.
2. Add in your powders and blend a final time until incorporated. Pour into your favorite jar and enjoy!!
3. I melted some dark chocolate around the rim of my jar and it froze as I poured in my smoothie!! It was perfect because I could snack on chocolate as I sipped :)

- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1/8 cup vanilla soy isolate
- 100ml almond milk

SUCH a delicious (and BEAUTIFUL 😍) breakfast idea. Perfect for when you have an early start for work as it’s already ready to go and only takes you 5 minutes to prep the night before!

Recipe below 👇 have a lovely day, I hope it’s filled with delicious and nutritious food 💛

🍓0.5 cup of oats
🍓0.5 cup of oat milk
🍓0.5 tsp. of vanilla bean paste
🍓A few vanilla extract drops
🍓3 tbsp. of dairy free yogurt
🍓1 heaped tbsp. of chia seeds
🍓1 tsp. of sweet ground cinnamon

It’s super sweet and the cranberry gives it that balance with a bit of a tangy taste! It’s anti inflammatory, detoxifying and filling! 😋

Anyway here’s my list of smoothie ingredients....

Yellow layer 💛
• Mango
• Banana
• Turmeric
• Ginger
• Lemon
•Coconut milk

Red layer ❤️
• Cranberry
• Strawberry
• Raspberry
• Ice

Purple layer 💜 is a heavy metal detox smoothie recipe...
• Bananas
• Blueberries
• Coriander
• Atlantic dulse
• Squeezed orange
• Barley grass juice powder
• Spirulina

The bottom layer is just chia seeds soaked overnight in water (try soaking them in almond or oat milk and let me know if you like that better!)

Chocolate Berry Protein Smoothie🍓🍫

Craving a post workout treat? I got you😉

Here’s what I used...

• 1 Cup of Frozen Strawberries
• 1 Cup of Frozen Dragon Fruit
• 1 Tbsp of Almond Butter
• 1 Cup of Chocolate Oat Milk
• 1 Scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder

Topped with Chocolate Chips 🥳

•Purple smoothie Bowl•⁣

I find bananas really over powering in smoothie bowl, so I actually use frozen cauliflower instead. If you haven’t tried it, try it, the flavour is totally neutral and it makes smoothies really creamy! ⁣

•Ingredients•⁣

Makes 2 coconut bowls full. ⁣

Handful of frozen blueberries ⁣
A few frozen cauliflower florets ⁣
Half a handful of frozen avocado ⁣
4 tbsp cashew yoghurt ⁣
2 scoops plant based vanilla protein ⁣
Organic Almond milk⁣

1. Pop all the ingredients in a blender ⁣
2. Add a little almond milk at a time until your get the consistency that you want.⁣
3. You may have to stop the blender and jig it around so it gets going. Try this before over adding milk as otherwise it could end up not the thick creamy consistency you want. ⁣
4. Serve & top with whatever you fancy ⁣
5. We had kiwi with pumpkin and sunflower seeds ⁣

•Side Notes•⁣

- I use “ultimate” almond milk, it’s organic, creamy & the best I’ve found. ⁣
- For us it’s always for yoghurt & nut based cream cheese. ⁣
- I wasn’t a fan of protein, I don’t want to add whey protein to my diet. Most of the plant based proteins were grainy & tasted like earth. The ones I now use (and supply my clients with) taste great, plus being rice cranberry & pea protein they’re super easy on the tummy! ⁣
- You could sub the blueberries for literally anything you’d like to flavour the smoothie bowl. Raspberries, strawberries, tropical fruit? ⁣
