Line out the door before opening, Hotplate orders off the chain, longer than expected waits, sold out of everything but all to say - yโ€™all SHOWED UP to support and show love for Taiwanese American brunch! Not only yesterday but every Saturday for the last 9 months ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

We have had the pleasure of serving this lovely community of food adventurers and lovers. We have met wonderful people and families and made amazing friends throughout this time. We are so appreciative of all of you. Gato's last service is July 23! Sending a huge sense of gratitude to Nicholas Gato] for giving popups an opportunity to shine in a unique and intimate space. The Candler Park and Lake Claire community welcomed us with open arms and open minds every Saturday with excitement to try Taiwanese-American food.

We started our brunch last October and have learned a lot along the way. Nicholas' patience and encouragement helped us throughout this crazy and amazing journey. Go check out Gato while you still can!

Congratulations to for turning their pop-up dream into a brick-n-mortar reality ๐Ÿ‘Š. Looking forward to introducing Taiwanese-American dinner service at in August.

Savory soy milk. House made soy milk seasoned with black vinegar and soy sauce. Topped with crispy fried Youtiao, scallions, and Sichuan chili oil. The vinegar naturally coagulates the soy protein to give an almost tofu appearance. Saturdays at Gato from 10am-1pm
