Long post Alert 🚨
I first want to acknowledge my team, THE AVENGERS of hospitality and catering Marketta Chapple Janet Elder Marissa PaTrice Lowe Najah Riddick & Moe for assisting me in pulling off the biggest job of my career! I knew going into this event that I needed the best and they showed up and showed OUT!!! I hired them for buffet line service, however when we clocked in and realized that these senior citizens deserved to be catered to, they pivoted and agree to serve each guest table side!!!! We were not prepared at all for this and this service rate is double what I paid them for, but they did not moan or groan! They made each person in the building feel loved on Valentines Day!
I want to thank the City of South Fulton, GA councilwomen Carmalitha Gumbs and Catherine F Rowell & team for trusting me with your catering needs! We hope you are pleased with out services and our team admires the work that you guys do for your community! Not to mention all of the beautiful facilities you guys have to offer your communities!!! Enon Ranch is a must see venue fit for any star studded occasion!
I have to mention the best event coordinator/decorator ever Natasha Leonard and the entire Prizims Events team for making this event beautifully amazing!
Honorable Mentions MB Event Lounge for the prep kitchens in the final hours that saved us and Glenn Collins for always assisting with strategic planning, equipment and motivation! You are truly a great partner in crime in the wonderland world of catering!
I thought about mentioning the most important in the begining but i definitely wanted to save the best for last.
I never thought that something that I loved to do so much would be my bread winner, but God did say that “your gift would make room for you” and He is doing just that! God made me a promise and He is delivered on that promises like never before.
The city of South Fulton celebrated senior citizens for Valentine’s Day with a brunch and day party.
