Washing dishes as needed during the shift, taking out the trash as needed, keeping the counters and cooking area clean, cleaning cooking equipment (flat top griddle, deep fryer, stove). MUST be over 18 and have experience working in a commercial kitchen or restaurant. Fri-Sun 10am-6pm
