For our Genesee Jerk Chicken Dog, we deep fry a juicy chicken sausage, then we finish it off on the grill. From there we load it up with sweet grilled pineapple and caramelized grilled onions, season it with our signature Island jerk spices, then finish it with a cool, sweet & tangy jerk BBQ sauce that brings everything together. 🌭🔥🍍🧅🌴
